Water samples are taken on site and are delivered to an independent laboratory and processed within 3 – 5 days.
Next steps
As soon as we receive it, we will issue you with the certificate for you to send straight to the water company.
Once they have received the water sample results along with the laboratory’s UKAS certificate stating the samples are clear, water companies like Yorkshire Water will then connect your supply.
